They are all 220-300 ping at the minimum, which is unplayable, it used to be 130-150.
Did you hear that there’s an international submarine cable issue recently? I think there’s. Please check your ISP first. 
maybe it’s possible that’s it. Ping to korea and japan is fine, the normal levels they are, it’s just China that has bad ping.
