the rtt ms jumps to 3000 for about 20-60 seconds every now and then is there anyway to fix this ?

According to this result, it’s pretty bad to mudfish node and saw that 6% packet loss to                          10.255.254.222.  Did you use “US East (Chicago - Serverhub)” node at that moment?  
  
If then please test it again to 173.232.224.54 IP (the public IP of US East (Chicago - Serverhub)) after turning off Mudfish.  We need to check it again which hops cause it between your desktop and mudfish nodes.
