안녕하세요. 혹시 결제하실 때 어떤 방법으로 하셨는지요? 미꾸라지 쪽에서 보면 전혀 결제가 진행이 되지 않았고, 먼가 접수가 된 흔적이 없습니다. 조금만 부연 부탁드립니다.
This 3000 ms means there’s a packet loss between mudfish node and your desktop. Not sure where this packet loss is from but still FAQ - Nodes section is best resources to check. 
When you pick a mudfish node, please consider checking RTT stddev values with the value closer to 0 (zero) between your desktop and mudfish nodes. It points the connection stability.
