www.pmang.jp 에 들어갈려면 wpad설정해야되는거맞죠?

이렇게 했는데

이런 에러뜨면서 접속이안되는데 달리 해야될게있나요?

full vpn 켜서 Tokyo - Equinix 로 상태 제일 좋은 곳으로했는데도 일본 피방서버 안들가지네요. 왜이러죠?

모든 중계서버 하나하나 연결하면서 www.pmang.jp에 접속시도해보니까 몇개 중계서버는 잘 접속되고 몇개 중계서버는 접속이 안되더라구요. equinux는 일단 막혓고 softbank서버는 들가집니다.
