그럴 가능성이 있습니다. 자세한 내역 분석은 접속 기록 살펴보기를 하시면 되시겠지만, 보통 미꾸라지의 경우, 프로그램 단위로 트래픽을 우회하는 것이 아니라 IP 대역 단위로 트래픽을 우회하기 때문에, 만약 보이스채팅에 사용되는 서버가 미꾸라지가 지정한 IP 대역에 들어 있을 경우, 이로 인한 추가 크레딧 소비가 있을 수 있습니다.

Thank you for sending this packet dump. However when I checked this packet dump, all game servers are already covered by the mudfish game item. 
I think your ping spikes are from other side effects.
