나의 IP에 들어가면 미꾸라지를 통하고 있지 않다고 합니다

Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you're using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode. However if your data plan is Subscription, you could encounter the speed limit. For details, you should check Data Plans link too.
