What happened to my balance? It suddenly dropped $1.00, and it doesn’t say anything on my log to suggest this.
I don’t understand why or how this happened. I played the least that day compared to the others, I want to know why the usage from Mudfish suddenly spiked and used $1.00 worth of credit in a day.
First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.
First off, I must thank you! It was very generous of you to reset credits, I’m grateful. After reading through the articles, I realize that the game I use Mudfish for is on the list for the CDN and Mudfish issue (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn). I play from NA on an EU server. I do not use Profixer and do not use any bitTorrents while playing. I will try to be careful with patching, streaming, and downloading while using Mudfish, as that is the best I can do. Thank you again! If there is anything else I can possibly do to avoid this happening again, please tell me :).
