I tried pinging my ISP and it shows me %0 packet loss
With these tests, it’s hard to find out why your ISP blocks or drops the packets. But what I can think is that your ISP has some limitation to handle concurrent connections.
Then did could try to change ‘RTT Checking Method’ found under ‘Setup → Program’ to another one whether it still shows same?
