Why I can’t open the page and always have The 127.0.0.1 page isn’t working 127.0.0.1 didn’t send any data.  
  
And also the configuration always stuck at 10%

Does this issue happen recently? Or happens for long time?  I’m not sure what it is but it seems your ISP has a unstable connection to international line.
