Run the program in admin and go into status > process

  1. At https://mudfish.net/releases/ link, you can find old releases. So you can try to use the old one as a workaround.

  2. Or try to turn off FastConnect mode, then try it again though I’m not sure it’s helpful. :frowning:

Yes I already checked my network devices. It is there. I already tried install Tap-windows from open VPN as well. Still the same issue.I will try reinstall windows 10 if that may help.

Not sure why with current information. However if you have another desktop or PC, please check it’s also happening at that machine. :frowning: I’ll try to look the code too.

I always run it as administrator. Followed your instruction and wait for more than 10 minutes, still didn't see the "+" button. Cannot post a screenshot here to show the page to you.

Did you enable Expert Mode? "+" button requires to enable it.
