14.63.172.140 doesn’t ping.
14.63.215.30 it pings but can’t connect on shadowsocks. Can’t telnet the port either.
211.253.36.39 it pings but can’t connect on shadowsocks. Can’t telnet the port either.
211.253.24.214 it pings but can’t connect on shadowsocks. Can’t telnet the port either.

Did you check 10.0.41.151:1080 is listening on your VPS?

Please access your VPS console and do netstat -an whether it’s listening on properly.
