40GB credits gone in an hour

hello why my credits suddenly gone from 40GB to only 6GB in just an hour, please help. i only use it for playing FFXIV in just an hour.

Hi, same thing just happened to me: $11 in credits just instantly went down to -$0.07 within an hour-ish.

All i use it for is FFXIV as well, I even immediately turn Mudfish off once I’m done

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
