Two ~18-minute games consumed about 5 GB of PPT credit, and the traffic statistics show 3.57 GB international traffic on Aug 14-15.
On Aug 14: Sydney Amazon EC2 2
On Aug 15: Sydney Equinox 2
each on a 18-24 min game.
My balance is now -724.70 KRW, so I can’t test WFP Item mode right now.
Could you please check the access/traffic logs for possible abnormal routing or credit consumption, and advise whether a reset is possible if this was caused by a service-side issue?
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
