About the new Refund policy. What was the reason behind the change?
In the south korea, there's the government agency called "Fair Trade Commission" and they're making the standard refund policy to protect the the customers from unfair situations. This change is to follow their standard because without following it PG (Payment Gateway) doesn't allow us to get the credit card payment.
