Hi, I’m a new user and accidentally left Mudfish running during a background download/stream, which drained about 12 GB of my Pay-Per-Traffic balance. I’ve now turned on WFP Item Mode. Is it possible to get a partial credit adjustment?
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
