Account balance dropped to negative (-$5.16) unexpectedly

Hello,

I added $5 to my account to play World of Warcraft, but my balance suddenly dropped to -$5.16. I am not entirely sure what caused this massive data drain. I suspect I might have accidentally left the “Full VPN” mode enabled, or perhaps a background launcher update consumed all my traffic while I was away.

Since this was an honest mistake and I am still learning how to configure the tool properly, is there any chance you could forgive this negative balance? I would like to add more credits and use the service correctly with the Item Mode from now on.

@l0wr1d3r Thank you for this update. When I checked the previous DB regarding to your account, it looks your issue happened around 2025-10-23 06:25:08 UTC because it points that your last access time was around that.

Yep.. As you might know, Full VPN mode could consume a lot of the traffics. So you need to be careful if you’re using that mode.

No problem. I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
