Hi, I just recently had a successful transaction in topping up, already had received an email from Paypal regarding the successful transaction. however, my credits didnt reflect the transaction i made 5 minutes ago. It was different from my first top up where it was reflected immediately.
@rafael0915 Weird… If possible, please show us your payment receipt got from Paypal? Or tell me your transaction ID?
When I checked your account status, I can’t find your payment history or callback from Paypal.
Also had a transaction a while ago, it said it was successful but it does not go inside. It isn’t also in my payment history in Mudfish software. I think my Transaction ID is w299589820.
When I checked your transaction ID w299589820, I can confirm that it’s added into drayzm19 account at 2022-12-01 15:42:08 UTC. Please check it again.
