Admind please come and help can't connect to Mudfish from yesterday in china

suddenly from yesterday (2019-10-28) in China, we could not connect to Mudflish by iPhone, could you please hlep to check whether it’s blocked or just temp down or whatever, please try to fix,okay, really can’t no VPN to see the world what happended in everyday in China. many thanks guys

You should equip Mudfish Item at least one or more to run on Subscription Plan

Hi, i have added the items for Subscription plan, you see i still can’t connect Mudfish thru iPhone (iOS 13.1.2) thank you.

Umm… When I checked your screenshot, “Connection” indicates “Connecting…”. It means it try to connect but not connected yet. Is there any error / warning messages after this?
