The ping test always fail.

Are you connection from China mainland? If then I think this issue is caused by GWF (GreatWall Firewall) because it blocks mudfish.net
When I check your second screenshot, it shows the response was Facebook. 
Normally it means that it’s from GWF if I know correctly.

Unfortunately yes. It seems it’s already protected(?) by GWF… I think you need to check Connecting Mudfish in China document.
