Hello Mudfish team, I had 4.60$ usd 2 days ago and I played dead by daylight, then, I wanted to update pga tour through steam and mudfish was active but full vpn off, Just element mode I was using but all my credits gone after pga tour 2k25 update. Now 0 credits. I never thought this is gonna happen because full vpn was off, and I was just using dead by daylight element. Happened wednesday at 7-8pm Venezuela time. Regards.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please close Mudfish completely before updating games. With Full VPN disabled, a download might coincide with the item’s CDN routes; without logs, we cannot confirm the exact cause.
On Windows, please enable WFP Item mode under Setup → Program and restart Mudfish.
For future incidents, please enable the Connection Log under Account → Edit profile and check Status → Access Log. Credit restoration requires administrator review.
“Thank you for your response, Weongyo. I have already enabled the WFP Item mode under Setup → Program and restarted Mudfish. I also enabled the Connection Log under my profile as requested to prevent this from happening again.
Since this was an accidental drain caused by the CDN routes overlapping with the item, could you please forward this request to the administrator for a credit restoration review? I would highly appreciate your help this time. Thank you!”
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
