I want to play on TW servers in Apex but even if I select Google 5 and 6 nodes which give the lowest ping, the game still has 300+ latency. If I turn on full VPN mode, the packet loss is all over the place. Please help.
Did you check ‘Status → Process’ menu to see “Core” log section? Please check there’s an error or warning message there.
Not sure that your issue is triggered by the speed cap of Data Plans.
