Apex Legends Singapore Server High Ping

Hi,
I have noticed that some Apex Legends singapore server seem to be missing.

I had high ping to the following IP addresses:
72.5.161.74
72.5.161.196
63.251.125.205
63.251.126.121

I am receiving 300ms ping to these servers but only 130-150ms to other servers.
Changing to full VPN mode improves the ping to the server.
