Balance hasn't increased

I bought the 4,99$ balance from “Payment Wall : Gudang Voucher” , but the my balance hasn’t increased yet. Payment / Order ID ; W339044730 . I can provide receipt if needed

Weird… Is W339044730 what you got from Paymentwall side? I checked this transaction ID but could not find this from Paymentwall.

So it means the paymentwall didn’t send us your payment informatioin. I think it’d better to contact to Paymentwal regarding to this issue. You can contact them at Business and Customer Support - Paymentwall link.

i see , i’ve contacted payment wall support regarding my payment / purchase and my inquiry is in process. will update later
