Balance reduced even when not connected?

I just got Mudfish, and I use it for Mortal Online 2.
I had 2.93$ balance after my last usage of Mudfish.

When I opened the dashboard today, I only have 1.83 USD.
I wrote my traffic/date usage on an excel and it usually is 0.01$ usage per hour of playing.
However, in http://127.0.0.1:8282/status/traffic.html. It shows as 5GB domestic traffic and 5GB international traffic?
