Hi.
I’ve been using mudfish services to play BDO Mena from Japan and I was totally happy with it.
But recently for some reason, BDO Mena server has packet loss issue and its not like I get those while playing, the connection itself is not established at all.
Tried to change nodes, tried to use VPN mode, tried to use in auto but nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.
as a side note, that happens for only bdo mena. eu servers or any other equipped items are completely fine.
Could you please test this issue again? I’d updated the game item but I’m not sure that the RTT information provided by Mudfish is matching properly with the in-game ping. 
So if it doesn’t match, please check Packet Capture with Mudfish and send us some game packets. I think that the game server is moved to another IP region or datacenter.
Game launcher connected and RTT was actually giving ping info. Although I’m not really sure if its same as in game. So haven’t tried if there in-game ping or packet loss yet but I’ll be replying here when I’ve checked.
