I’m wanting to know what the best setup would be to connect to Dragon Nest Sea (Singapore server)? The subsea cable outage has really hiked up my ping and I’m so over it! I’m from Melbourne and using either auto connection via basic mode or advanced mode, depending which one is giving me the best ping on the day, but the ping is still very high with packet losses all the time. Is there something else I can do?
Hi, sorry about the ongoing lag. In Dragon Nest’s item settings, try Basic mode with Singapore - OVH or LeaseWeb 2 selected manually; compare in-game ping/loss.
Aus Internet still lists Indigo West down, with repairs expected Oct 16–26 (subject to change). This may limit improvements.
If loss persists, please share your ISP and screenshots of in-game ping/loss with Mudfish off and with each node, taken around the same time.
