Black Desert sometimes wants to transfer more than 1,5 MBits TX-transfer/second. Is it possible to update my subscription for a higher bandwith-cap?

Black Desert TX-transfer-peaks can go up 3,3 MBits/second or even higher, but only sometimes:

I measured bandwith-peaks (tx-transfer) of up to 10 mbits/second in a short period of time when playing Black Desert:

Current subscription bandwith-caps seems to be way too low to play this game.
