I’ve been using Mudfish for awhile. I always add balance for 10usd($9.99). Since the balance had about 2.50usd left, I decided to add more 10usd balance today. However, it looks like I only got 5usd.
I would like the other 5usd I paid for be added into the balance.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
