I bought credit the other day (I actually did twice because I thought it messed up) but my dashboard still says minus credit and I can’t start any items. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It looks something is wrong because I can’t see any payment notification from PG. It points that your last payment was at 2019-07-04 05:18:04.
Could you please show me your receipt? I need to check the transaction first. Sorry for this inconvenience.
