Can add server to support Ragnarok Origin (mobile) game?

Dear admin:

The new mobile game ‘Ragnarok Origin’ is released on July 2020. Is it possible to add server to support this mobile game even thought currenly only has ‘Korea server’ . I am playing it on Bluestacks (android emulator), but the ping of network connection is too high to play it. I understand how to do packet capture in mudfish for Pc platform game. but I do not know how to capture data for mobile game. I seen a lot of mobile game (ex, black dessert mobile) have already added in mudfish. can you teach me how to make packet capture data from mobile game. I have already confirm the server IP address. thanks in advance.
