I wanted to change my monthly subscription but by mistake, I chose to cancel the package I subscribed to before (I just signed up for that package not too long ago), can I get a refund for the package I canceled?
@gooner1996 When I checked your payment status properly, it seems it’s refunded it now. 
So I think your issue is now solved. If not, please let me know again.
