But even I buy and open still can’t change my up address to Korea ip and login to play
Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
However if I know properly, most of KR mudfish nodes are blocked by the game publisher. 
So you need to pick a mudfish node and test whether it works fine for you too.
