Cannot login to mudfish account after 2 days

I didn’t log in for 2 days or more I think and now for some reason, I can’t log in and I also can’t reset my password. Whenever I press reset password I don’t receive an email. I was using a temporary password to login and seems like I can’t even reset the password. Username is diyan
