Cant Connect to League of Legends NA Server

There’s a problem with my isp tracing to the server, but it can be bypassed by using a vpn.
I tried using a trial of cyberghost vpn and i literally connected to the server w/o any problem.
So what should I do?

Could you please confirm that it’s also same with Full VPN mode enabled?
