CAN’T get access to the serverI have changed the IP of my server for serval times but I still cannot reach the server.

When I checked your account status, I can’t find your VPS so no information I can check at this moment. :frowning:

However ‘Connection refused’ is definitely better than ‘Operation timed out’ because it means it’s not blocked by the firewall. Please consider to check Port Forwarding section.

I’m sorry that I have deleted that VPS because I can’t get access to it. After receiving your email I have tried again and created a VPS of Shadowsocks with your default solution on the panel, but I still can’t reach the server. Here are the information:

Please try to use 211.253.36.39:26764 because 59.X.Y.Z IP is blocked by GWF.
