After signing in, the icon rotates a few times.
No other response, tried several times and was able to log in yesterday.
Sorry for this issue. 
I’d roll-backed the release to v5.1.2 due to this issue. So please test it again after downgrading your mudfish version to v5.1.2 which found at https://mudfish.net/download link.
