I’ve been trying to login for the past two days. I didn’t receive my forgot password email nor the confirmation. I later find one of the forgot password emails in my spam folder. I proceeded to use that temp password and it still wouldn’t log me in. Not to mention I couldn’t get to the webpage at all. The website kept telling me to reload as if I didn’t have any internet but my youtube and twitch were working. I just hate that this is all happening when I’ve just bought the gbs to play Lost Ark and I cant play at all due to this problem. Its been driving me nuts.
Is it possible to get a refund?
