I have tried the Subscripion now and have just changed to the highest one…but I still find that sometimes the game I play “Black Desert Online” spikes with high chunks of transferred data/s
Is there any chance that I can get a refund for the 29 days I have left on the subscription so that I can use them for PayForTraffic?
As I understand with PayForTraffic I will have unlimited transfer-speed?

No problem. 
I’d changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic) and reset your changeable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do it again.
Theoretically, it should but in the real, it’s up to the network badwidth of the mudfish node you picked.
