Sometimes it works, sometimes it fails to popup. And, almost always does not work after connection is established when I try the button to disconnect

Just to clarify, when you say it fails to pop up, do you mean the window doesn’t open at all? Or does the window open but display an error or incorrect content?

Hi. Thank you for your response. I tested it again. And, it seems that the popup window does come up eventually after maybe 30 seconds or so. The reason it didnt come up at all sometimes when I tested before was because I kept pressing the button when it failed to show the window. So, if I press the button once and wait.. it works fine even though it takes long for the window to appear.
Also, something weird that might help is that when I connect to a server, success page is opened twice for some reason.
One more thing is that it also takes long for the window to appear when I want to disconnect as well.
I am using macbook air m4 btw.

apparently, movie files are not allowed for upload… so, I uploaded to a file share site. follow the link for the file. This time around though, it took maybe 10-12 seconds for the popup window to appear. Thanks for the help!
disconnect did not show problem this time for some reason either.

Any news? It is still happening. I just witnessed. 30+ seconds before the window popped up for disconnect
