Conflict between Final Fantasy XIV and Ubisoft Connect

Hi,

I use your Mudfish VPN to play Final Fantasy XIV with less latency, and just got all of my remaining balance used by Ubisoft Connect that started a download.

I know for sure that it’s the Ubisoft Connect app that caused it, because the download in the app was stuck at 0B/s and when I stopped Mudfish the download continued instantly, and my balance was gone.

Also in case that may help, FFXIV was not started at all during this time.

This never happened to me before, and I don’t know how to prevent this from happening again / get a refund for this.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
