Connection Error - Failed to connect

I am encountering the below error when trying to login to Mudfish Dashboard
“Failed to connect to the authentication. Would you like to sign in using the bypass feature?”
When I do press OK I still get the same error and am unable to login

Is it still same? When I checked your account status, it seems it’s already solved. Please let me know if it’s still same.
