Connection is timing out (for example, after a while, connection closes and browser stops working, have to restart the service). Any way to fix?

죄송하지만 혹시 못보시고 지나가셨을까봐 다시 갱신합니다.또 정액제 기간이 남아있는 상태에서 종량제로 바꿨는데 혹시 미꾸라지의 이브 온라인 지원이 해결되지 않아서 정액제로 다시 변경시(해주실지는 모르겠지만) 정액제 상품은 남은 시간이 좀 더 줄어든 채로 남아있을까요?
