We’re from Euroaion.com. Some our players are using your program for better ping, and recently they have faced problems with connection.

We assume that the problem appeared due to the massive bans of the IPs of some unfair players. Right after that we started receiving the complaints about the connection with your services. Therefore we think that we have blocked your IP(s) as some players could have been using your services before receiving the ban.

So, it would be great if we could know the IP of your servers in order to exclude it from the ban list (as the list is big now).
