I’m pretty sure I used the correct user ID and password to login to mudfish client - because I was able to use the same ID and password to log in to online account.
However, core process gave the following error.

Weird… If it’s still same, could you please try to change your password to simple pattern and test? Sometimes it could happen due to special characters in the password but let’s see because I thought I’d fixed all of them…
