'Core process is ready' never actually gets ready

‘Core process is ready.’ this section is always a cross instead of a tick, leading to unsuccessful connection to mudfish vpn.

Currently, 10-20mins of wait before it changes to tick has become a regular basis.

Solutions on the help website for such problem doesn’t seem to help the situation.

Did you check MUDEC_00016 error document already? I’m curious that you tried to use -O or -t options but it was same.
