I recently recharged my Mudfish account, but the credited amount is not showing up in my account balance. Here are the details of the transaction:

• Payment Method Used: UPI

• Date and Time of Payment: 08-04-2025
• Amount Paid: INR 499
@danishrd40 Weird… Did you use “Paymentwall” for PG to pay this? At least we don’t have a payment method called “UPI”.
When I checked your payment history, I can see a payment via iPhone at 2025-04-10 17:42:22 UTC. I’m not sure that this one is what you’re looking for.
However if you paid via “Paymentwall”, at least there’s no payment information associated with your account. For this case, I think you might need to see Business and Customer Support - Paymentwall and contact to them.
