Credit Balance not reflecting on my Mudfish account

Hi,

I bought a credit balance on Mudfish but the amount is not reflecting on my account. I used Bit Pay as the payment method to buy 2.99$ credit. I checked the transaction history from my wallet and my payment was sent successfully on the address of Bit Pay. I also checked the Invoice and it tells me it was completed.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue? Thank you.

@skildfrix @ahmedelhadidy Is it still same? When I checked your payment status, it seems it’s already solved. Please let me know if it’s still not solved.
