Credit bought but not showing in the credit status window

Hi,
I recently bought 299yen of credit for my account but it does not show up in my credit status. I thought it was just an error and issued a refund request. Then I bought a $2.99 pack and it still is not updating in the credit status window on my dashboard. What do you think the problem might be?

@Waplomot When I checked your payment status, it seems all payments are now refunded. :slight_smile: Please check and let me know if there’s something I missed.
