Credit used do to cloud issues

Hello.

I think mudfish used credit when I downloaded the game Snowbreak (a little more than 10GB) yesterday but this item doesn’t exist yet. The only items with cloud issues activated when I downloaded the game was Honkai Star Rail and Omega Striker.

I got careless because I have no CDN problems with Amazon servers (at least when I tested), so I forgot to turn off mudfish.
Would it be possible to get at least a part of the credit back please ?

Update : I think it was not only because I downloaded the game because it says I used ~26GB the same day :frowning:

:slight_smile: No problem. It seems you encountered CDN and Mudfish issue. I reset mudfish credits a little bit for you.
