Credit used up accidentally for Black Desert Online while having Twitch open

I am very sorry to inquire this again. I accidentally let my mudfish turned on while watching twitch. My item is for Black Desert Online (ASIA). It uses up the credit.

This happened before and the solution is to avoid opening twitch when turning on mudfish for Black Desert Online. My credit that was used up got refunded.

Is it possible if I can get my credit refunded too this time?

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
